Our annual benchmark report is now available for download.

This report is the largest and most comprehensive benchmark study of financial advice businesses post-lockdown. It includes the impact of Covid-19 on gross revenue, the mix of staff by size of firm, qualifications, numbers of firms that have mapped workflows, investment propositions, technology infrastructure and more.

The results are based on an online survey of 365 Personal Finance Society (PFS) members conducted between 31 July and 12 August 2020.
