NextWealth and Ascentric have published the second annual benchmarking report on the use and the adoption of CRPs and the evolution of retirement advice including the impact of the pandemic.

We explore why a CRP may be used and which financial adviser firms make use of a CRP. The report also covers the impact of Covid-19, different approaches to managing client income and tools used within financial advice firms.

The results are based on an online survey of 200 financial advisers conducted between 10 December and 18 December 2021.
