Helen will work closely with NextWealth founder and CEO Heather Hopkins and chair Peter Mann as the business looks to embark on the next phase of its growth. She will also take on a mentoring role with the business, using her years of experience and expertise to guide and support the operations team at NextWealth.

Widely recognised and respected across financial services, Helen joined Tatton in 2013 as head of compliance before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2017, where she led operations for the wealth manager until her departure in 2024. She has significant experience in helping to grow and develop companies, working in an advisory capacity with businesses including PIMFA, HALO Invest and Whitman Asset Management.

Founded by Heather Hopkins eight years ago, NextWealth has grown to be one of the industry’s most trusted partners for insight on the UK’s wealth management market. Since launch, the business has grown revenue and clients every year and has ambitious growth plans for the future.
